Cala Homes
Cala Homes is building Himley Village, a new Bicester community planned to grow to around 1,700 homes on Middleton Stoney Road. Through its Section 106 employment and skills commitments it backs construction apprenticeships, local-first recruitment and local supply chain engagement.

Storey Consulting is the single point of contact between Cala, its contractors, Cherwell District Council and Enterprise Oxfordshire, implementing the employment and skills plan and tracking apprenticeships and local hires.
